Building is located in a newly
developed office zone in the north of Ljubljana. Its four floors
comprise eight independent office units, parking areas are provided
in the basement. Following the zone's concept and its own central
position within it, the building is envisaged as a row house,
with dominant north and south glazed elevations. A print in
dynamic pattern connects both facades. Green-hued southern elevation
facing the street is printed in neutral silver. Northern elevation
is oriented to open green area, warm tone of its print is echoed
in the entrance volume.
