Composition follows the existing urban order of four corners. The corner volumes emulates the floor plan and height dimensions of existing building; distanced behind, the other volume echoes the adjacent apartment block. The tectonic corner volume contrast the rear volume - its flexible floor plan is echoed in the changing horizontal rhythm of vertical panels - boxes housing wooden window shades. Moving horizontally, shades can envelop the whole building into a soft wooden sheath.
