The Office and Retail Center is located next next to the main road to the west of downtown Priština. Project comprises retail and entertainment areas (17.000 m2), office tower (17.000 m2) and underground multi-storey car park (25.000 m2). The compostion confronts the horizontal=fractal retail programme with vertical=vector office areas.
