The task comprises the following components:
- Programmatic renovation of the existing building with a new definition of the unused potential of the floor areas
- Design unification of the existing building with quality solutions of the new building – both buildings should function as one new hotel.
- Landscape design of the immediate surroundings – softening the effect of the large volume of the hotel with thoughtful planting that will not affect the exceptional views from the hotel.

The new building comprises superior/double rooms, junior suites and wellness prestige suites plus wellness programs, while a conference center with all back-end programs and fitness will be arranged in the existing building.
The existing and new building is unified in terms of design into a single whole. The basic wooden facade cladding and vertical and horizontal blinds made of thermally treated wood are used on the new building and added to the existing building. The grid of the outer plane of the darker wood nicely articulates the facade membrane, and with thermal treatment it becomes dimensionally stable and resistant to weather.
The thoughtful planting of local vegetation ensures that the effect of the large volume of the hotel in the space is softened, without affecting the exceptional views from the hotel. We have in mind a few trees that should cover the delivery route from the road and low cover greenery in front of the conference center line, which should ensure a reduction in the feeling of height of the building. The existing terraces are "dry paved" and do not give the feeling of an enjoyable environment - exposure can be limited by using plants in containers that do not rquire much care.
