FUNCTIONAL SCHEME
The system presents two elements. MOBILE HOME 50 is a ground floor unit with slightly less than 50 m2 netto useful area. It comprises a living area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. MOBILE HOME 2 x 40 is a unit with two floors with internal stairs. Ground floor comprises entrance and living areas, upper floor two bedrooms with a bathroom. Children's bedroom is large enough to split into separate rooms.

MODULAR ASSEMBLY
MOBILE HOME 50 is primarily intended for individual installation. With a small adaptation of window openings can four units can be combined, forming a buidling of 29,0m by 8,8m. MOBILE HOME 2 X 40 can be placed individually, two lengthwise, two across, or four units toether. The biggest building thus obtained is sized 25.0 by 8.8 m with height of about 6 meters. In case of large-scale urban developments, individual modules can be used for bicycle sheds, children's playrooms, etc. ...
STRUCTURAL DESIGN Unit has a massive wooden structure filled with thermal insulation. Entire module is a self-supporting structure, which is independent and is transported and placced on site in a single piece. On location, it requires individual foundations and a connection point for utility installations templates mount.

FINISHES
Exteriors are finished in ventilated façade systems - lateral and back facades are of fiber-cement boards, front façade of even stronger laminate panels. Laminate has horizontal slits height of approximately 1.5 cm and a length of approximately 6 cm. Interior trims follow the thought of presence of wood as a pleasant natural material. Floor and ceiling are made of exposed wood panels, walls are painted white, which allows appropriate maintenance and refreshment. Because the production process is carried out in a controlled manufacturing environment, the quality level of final assembly processes can be higher than that attained at construction sites. Continuous control of product design provides stability and longer service life of buildings.

RECYCLING
The unit consists of materials and assemblies that enables full recycling of all items. The system of construction is modularly optimized and generates almost no construction waste. After the first assembly, the unit can be moved to a new location without any problems. Following the decision to dismantle it, all the components are recycled.

ENERGY CONCEPT
Electricity is selected as the medium that drives all the energy systems. Electricity is the most ubiquitous, its energy systems are developed to a high degree of efficiency, this system also allows the development towards the autonomy of the buildings. Electricity drives the multifunction heat pump (air - water system), which prepares the heating and hot water, and also allows the preparation of the cooling medium. The building is heated by underfloor heating, which is of even greater importance in a house with optimized dimensions. The system of power supply is also preprared for installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof, which easily provides a uniform balance of annual production and consumption of electricity. Besides zero energy consumption, emissions of pollutants or energy are also zero. MOBILE HOME units are so stable in regard to construction physics that they allow and even encourage a relaxed combination of outdoor and indoor living. Living with nature and its cycles is a wealth that makes every immune system happy.
