The
apartments are located on the edge of the city under Pohorje
hills in a predominately single-unit housing area. The four
buildings form a wedged composition within the existing housing
structure. They comprise 144 apartments and an underground parking
garage. The floor plans offer maximum possible flexibility to
future owners; in most cases, only the bathroom and kitchen
units are fixed, all other partitions can be organized according
the owner's needs. Compact, solid principal volumes with sheltered
loggias are topped by a series of faceted penthouse units, clad
in green metal. Further dynamic is provided by alternating facade
colors of principal volumes.
