Building

The volume rises from the western towards the eastern/entrance
side and is incised with several loggias on different levels,
providing exterior meeting places (smoking loggias). Smooth
facade with its vivacity corresponds to the suburban industrial
surroundings. Floor plans follow the idea of maximum flexibility
so as to provide efficient composition of office units of different
sizes. Each floor is divided into maximum 8 units that can function
individually with their own vertical communication, restrooms,
kitchenette and server room. Apart from these fixed spaces,
remaining areas are construction-free and can be divided according
to user's needs. Basement houses technical office spaces and
parking areas, remaining parking needs are covered by the adjoining
garage.
