The pool's location next
to a primary school building is determined by its dual function:
the school will use it for physical education, and after classes
it will serve as community pool. Envisioned as an annex to
existing school buildings, the structure faces open green
areas to the north. Glazed elevation offers a view of the
mountains; it opens up into nature in the summer. Large prism
shafts on the roof provide natural light and open for ventilation,
their back sides serve as construction for solar panels. Orientation
toward outside green areas is emphasized by the arched wooden
ceiling. |
