Housing
production of prefabricated concrete elements, the scheme of
the complex comprises two linear structures of production areas
and an office building at the front. Vertically pronounced frontal
element of the office building comprising secondary spaces establishes
the dynamic of the scheme. Clad in metal panels in two contrasting
colours, it defines the starting point of the complex. Dynamic
horizontal volume behind it houses offices, it is finished with
vertical seams and pronounced window openings. In the back,
various production facilities executed in basic materials conclude
the scheme as static elements.
