The
structure, the first in the new retail zone to the southwest
of the city, houses a supermarket, and a series of smaller retail
spaces. Its principal features are the large overhang on the
concrete clad back elevation, and the series of light towers
over the main mall. Main facade is a combination of narrow panels
of metal and printed glass.
