Location of the project is at the southern entrance to Bovec, on the edge of a wide plane, just below the lower station of the Kanin Ski Lift. It lies at the crossroads/the future roundabout where roads from the centre and the airport converge. The program of the complex is formed in three wings, which with the direction of the volume and the roof indicate the dynamics of the direction into the depth of the valley and against the peaks in the background. Three roofs split the project into a smaller scale and merge it into the landscape. On the ground floor, the three wings are connected by the public program, with main entrances the square, orientated on the slopes of Kanin or into depths of the Soča Valley towards the north. The three wings of the building contain residential program, either a combination of hotel and apartments or just apartments. On the ground floor, all wings connected by public program. The urban effect of the building is achieved by the arrangement of building masses in a dynamic composition. Architectural design of roofs and masonry structures follows the urban composition. They are clad in a neutral texture material of fine texture in two interchangeable lighter warm tones.
