The existing structure is located in a green area next to the highway. According to client's brief, the aim of the project was to provide additional 4.000 m2 of office space, parking for 160 vehicles, all within a fixed budget and without disrupting the work process of the company. On the existing parking area, a new multi-storey car park, proportioned like the adjoining structure, ensures sufficient parking spaces. Its prefabricated concrete construction is covered by a silver mesh facade. The higher office block is topped by a curving sheathed volume with an open floor plan. Slanted steel legs provide additional support and horizontal bracing. A new access to the office building is provided from the Multi-storey Car Park across the adjoining building through a tilted tubular hallway with fine views of the area.
